Allara Global partnered with Adoni Media for long-term PR support to raise awareness about major company developments including the launch of new online platforms, help boost brand awareness across Australia, and to position CEO Andrew Lewis as a thought leader in the hospitality industry. Allara Global is a leading international online training platform which specialises in training staff in hospitality, management, and leadership skills.

Under the Allara Global banner is online bar and beverage platform JERRY which was acquired from a Singaporean company and relaunched post COVID.

JERRY trains thousands of bar and hospitality staff in over 25 countries including Australia, Dubai, Vietnam, and the Maldives, helping to address a skills shortage in this industry around the world.

The platform features tutorials and micro learnings from three of Australia’s best bartenders across multiple categories including cocktail Techniques, Bartender Skills, Beverage Knowledge, and Floor Service Skills.

Allara Global reached out to Adoni Media in 2023 to provide ongoing media and PR support for the official launch of the JERRY online platform, and to help boost brand awareness across Australia.

Adoni Media was also engaged to provide media training for executives including Allara Global CEO Andrew Lewis with sessions in a working TV studio, to solidify and strengthen key messaging, hone media skills, and boost confidence as company spokespeople.


Since engaging Adoni Media for ongoing PR, extensive media coverage has been secured in major newspaper mastheads around the country, as well as in online and industry publications.

For the launch of the online platform JERRY, the Adoni Team designed a PR strategy that resulted in a feature article about Allara Global CEO, Andrew Lewis, in a regular newspaper column in The Courier Mail, alongside a specially created colour caricature by artist Brett Lethbridge. The story then gained a national audience through syndication in major newspaper publications such as the Herald Sun, the Northern Territory News, the Gold Coast Bulletin, the Geelong Advertiser, the Cairns Post, The Mercury, the Townsville Bulletin, and Adelaide Now. Coverage was also secured in specific influential and credible hospitality industry publications, with coverage in The Shout, Bar and Clubs, Club Management, and E Global Travel Media.

The campaign’s major achievement resulted in raising Allara Global’s brand awareness in the marketplace, boosting course enrolments, and establishing Andew Lewis as a Thought Leader in the hospitality industry.

Mr Lewis was also interviewed on Ticker TV, an online business news site that features long-form interviews with industry leaders allowing in-depth discussions about major company developments and industry trends. The topics covered included the impact of the skills shortages on the hospitality industry, Christmas bookings, and the state of the industry in a post-COVID world. Mr Lewis was able to cover off on important industry issues while also expressing his passion for hospitality as a lifelong career option for students, and not just a part time or summer job.

As part of our ongoing PR strategy, Adoni Media also secured media coverage for a number of Allara Global’s announcements through the year, including the transformation of Leonards Bar and Bistro into the Brisbane Bartending school, new Food Safety Standards coming into effect in December, and several important business partnerships.
