More than 20 properties will go under the hammer at Place Bulimba’s first All Star Auction – with investment opportunities, first homes, family and dream homes available at the red-carpet public event.
Spring has officially arrived, bringing with it plenty of potential for the Brisbane real estate market – and to welcome the Spring selling season, Place Bulimba will auction off more than 20 million dollars’ worth of property in one bumper night.
Open to the public, the All Star Auction will feature 21 properties in suburbs across Brisbane, all available to be secured by new owners on the evening.
Spring is widely regarded as a promising time of year for real estate, with past auction clearance rates sharply trending upwards.
Place Bulimba Principal, Paul Curtain, who has auctioned properties for 20 years, said it was certainly the time of year to buy.
“The volume of properties for auction typically declines in Winter,” Mr Curtain said.
“Bordering Winter’s end and Spring’s arrival, we have identified a captive window of four to five weeks which presents a great opportunity to deliver meaningful campaigns for our clients.
“It’s the first time we’ve held an All Star Auction at our Place Bulimba office, and we have 21 properties on offer. There’s no doubt a percentage of our clients have been highly motivated by the nature of our All Star Auction and its enormous potential.”
Potential bidders have been lining up to view some of the incredible properties featured at the All Star Auction.
Place Bulimba will be fundraising for Rural Aid and the Buy A Bale initiative on the evening.
The All Star Auction will include canapes and beverages, with champagne served once the auctions have concluded.
Motorline BMW is the All Star Auction key sponsor with the new BMW X2 present on the night. One lucky registered bidder will be able to win a vehicle for a weekend.
